A claw set amethyst weighing, 1.00 carat, is the centre to eight diamond ‘petals’ at the heart of this charming 1940s era amethyst and diamond flower cluster ring.
These vintage old cut and eight cut stones are set in platinum. The dazzling diamonds have a combined weight of 0.24 carat and are estimated to be G in colour and VS in clarity. They work in perfect harmony and the balance of the ring’s original setting was handmade in 18 carat yellow gold with a lovely openwork gallery and chenier-supported shoulders.
