Vintage 1.00ct Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1960s

This unique vintage cluster ring features a stunning oval cut sapphire at its centre. The 1.00 carat stone is rub over set and surrounded by a square cluster of round brilliant diamonds. These diamonds all match in quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. At each of the cardinal points further sapphires are found, punctuating the diamond cluster. These square cut sapphires total 0.16 carat and frame the ring perfectly. Finishing off the piece an additional four diamond flow down each shoulder of the 18 carat white gold band. These diamonds match the others in quality and bring the total diamond carat weight of the piece to 0.56 carat.
