This delicate and little twist ring features a natural sapphire, a rich blue colour and a sparkling white diamond. They each weigh 0.20 carat and the diamond is graded as H in colour and SI in clarity. The diamond has been rub over set in platinum and the sapphire in 18 carat yellow gold. The twisted shank is also made in 18 carat yellow gold.
