Victorian Pearl and Diamond Carved Shank Ring, hallmarked 1899

With original hallmarks dating this piece to 1899, this stunning carved shank ring features a trio of pearls on display, interspersed with old cut diamonds. The central pearl sits the largest at 3.6mm with the flanking pearls being 3mm a piece. Six old cut diamonds, totalling 0.18 carat are set between the pearls, with two sets of vertical pairs and a single stone on each end. The diamonds all match in quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. Crafted in 18 carat yellow gold this characterful piece features elegant carving work across the gallery and down each shoulder in classic Victorian fashion.
