This whimsical Victorian pendant showcases a rare design featuring a mother of pearl, shell shaped design, surrounded by intricate enamelling and a single sapphire stone at the centre. The sapphire is an old-cut 0.20 carat stone, in rub over setting. The pendant is crafted from 15 carat rose gold, whilst it hangs from a 9 carat gold chain, 20 inches in length.
