This wonderful Victorian necklace features a beautiful green enamelled heart with a single 0.08 carat old cut diamond set in its centre. Surrounding the heart is a halo of rose cut diamonds which then lead onto a gorgeous ornate pattern made up of eight 2.8mm pearls and rose cut diamonds. This exquisite piece is composed of 15ct rose gold and silver, dating back to 1880s.
