Victorian 3.20ct Diamond Three Stone Ring, c.1880s

This beautifully carved shank trilogy ring dates back to the Victorian era. Taking centre stage, three incredible old cut diamonds are set proudly. At the centre sits the largest at 1.40 carat whist each of the flanking stones are 0.90 carat a piece. The trio are all of good quality, with colour between G and H and clarity of VS1. set in between the main stones as well as on each shoulder are an additional five smaller diamonds, adding that extra sparkle. Each stone has been delicately claw set into silver, as was common at the time, the ring itself has been hand made from 18 carat gold and features intricate hand carving work along both shoulders and the gallery.
