Victorian 1.90ct Sapphire and Diamond Carved Shank Ring, c.1880s

This exquisite Victorian carved shank ring features a captivating trio of sapphires. At the centre, a vibrant 0.80 carat oval cut sapphire is framed by two additional oval sapphires, each weighing 0.55 carats. Adding a touch of sparkle, two 0.05 carat old cut diamonds and a single 0.03 carat diamond are nestled on either side of the central sapphire, totalling 0.26 carat. Each diamond matches in quality at H in colour and SI1 in clarity. The gallery and band are masterfully hand carved, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship of the Victorian era, all crafted from a single piece of 18 carat yellow gold with each stone elegantly claw set.
