Victorian 0.45ct Ruby and Diamond Carved Shank Ring, c.1880s

This delightful Victorian carved shank ring features a trio of rubies. The central ruby sits the largest at 0.25 carat, with the two side stones weighing 0.10 carat a piece. Adding a touch of sparkle, two 0.03 carat old cut diamonds are nestled on each side of the central ruby creating an alternating pattern. Each diamond matches in quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. Hand crafted in 18 carat yellow gold, the gallery and band are carved in the classic style of Victorian Jewellery with patterning along the gallery and across the shoulders.
