Victorian 0.16ct Ruby and Diamond Five Stone Ring, c.1900s

Gracefully detailed is this Victorian 18ct yellow gold carved ring featuring three rubies and two diamonds. To the centre sits the largest of the three rubies, measured at 0.10 carats. Alternating to either side is a matching pair 0.05 carat old cut diamonds followed by a pair of 0.03 carat rubies at either end. All stones have claws, securing them into the ring. A hallmark dating to 1901 is stamped inside the ring.
