This delightful five stone band ring comes to us from the Mid Victorian era. Crafted from 22 carat yellow gold in the 1870s the ring displays an alternating row of old cut rubies and diamonds. Each of the rubies is 0.05 carat in weight, whilst the diamonds sits slightly smaller at 0.03 carat a piece. The diamonds have a colour of H and Clarity of VS. Each gem has been expertly claw set into star settings with intricate carving work at either end of the displayed stones, leading down into a tapered band completing the piece.
