This lovely necklace is from designer Tiffany & Co. There are claw set diamonds and pink sapphires, alternatively set within the heart shape. There is a combined weight of 0.29 carat; 0.14 carats of sparkling diamonds, and 0.15 carats of bright pink sapphires. The diamonds are of a high quality, and graded as F in colour and VS in clarity. The chain is original to the piece and the setting and chain are made of platinum. The piece has original Tiffany & Co makers marks.
