An antique turquoise and diamond brooch dating from around the turn of the twentieth century and featuring a romantic heart motif. Set in platinum-accented 18 carat yellow gold, this late Victorian era brooch centres a cabochon turquoise amid a double border of 0.30 carat rose cut diamonds in a lovely handmade open setting. It closes with a secure bar and hook fitting.
