Dating back to the 19o0s, this twist ring features a stunning natural saltwater pearl along side a glorious diamond. The old cut diamond weighs 1.70 carat and has been graded of G in colour and SI1 in clarity. Flowing down each shoulder are an additional eight old cut diamonds totalling 0.24 carat. All diamonds have been expertly set into platinum, whilst the elegantly twisting band has been crafted from 18 carat yellow gold.
