A 0.92 carat old oval cut diamond is surrounded by a halo of old cut diamonds in this late Victorian ring. The diamonds in the halo total to an additional 1.00 carat. All the diamonds are G colour and SI1 clarity. They are beautifully held in the 18 carat yellow setting. All of the stones were cut by hand, and the oval shape of the centre stone is rare for jewellery in the early 1900s.
