18 Carat Yellow Gold
£4,250.00
In stock
Dating to the Victorian era, this intricate ring is formed of two snakes intertwined together. Set atop each snake head is a different gem. On one, an old cut diamond weighing 0.25 carat is sat, whilst on the other is adorned with a 0.25 carat ruby. The diamond is estimated to be H in colour and SI1 in clarity, with both stones rub over set into 18 carat yellow gold. An additional four fancy yellow, eight cut diamonds have been used as the eyes of each serpent. Carved scale patterns run the length of this beautiful piece adding further depth and character to its subjects.
