Stunning Edwardian sapphire and diamond earrings. The sapphires each weigh 0.40 carat and are a beautiful blue colour. They have been claw set using 18 carat rose gold. Each earring totals 0.80 carat of old cut diamonds that are G in colour with VS clarity. The diamonds are claw set in silver. Rose gold and silver was a popular combination in the Edwardian era. The posts and butterfly backs are made of 18 carat rose gold.
