Edwardian Marquise Diamond and Ruby Cluster Ring, c.1910

This unique ring features three centre old cut diamond set vertically. They have a combined weight of 0.35 carat and are all hand cut diamonds. They are G in colour and VS in clarity, which are beautifully haloed by rubies. They are set in the marquise shape, tension set to one another and perfectly calibrated. They are a wonderful red in colour and total 0.26 carat. The second marquise halo is eight cut diamonds which total 0.26 carat, bringing the total diamond weight to 0.61 carat. All the stones match in quality and have been grain set within platinum. The finish is a mille-grain edge,adding character. In the typical Edwardian style, the gallery and shank are made from 18 carat yellow gold.
