Edwardian 1.40ct Ruby and Diamond Ring, c.1909
18 Carat Yellow Gold
Sold
Out of stock
A trio of gorgeously coloured rubies are in prominent display in this Edwardian ring. The central ruby is the biggest at 0.80 carat, whilst the ones at each end are 0.30 carat a piece. In between these rubies are four old cut diamonds, claw set in pairs. Each of these diamonds are 0.10 carat and have been estimated G in colour and VS to SI in clarity. The exquisite craftsmanship is apparent through the beautifully carved gallery work and shoulders. The entire ring including the claw setting work has been made from 18 carat yellow gold.
