Edwardian 1.20ct Emerald and Diamond Pendant, c.1910s

This exquisite Edwardian pendant is truly masterfully crafted. Two rub over set baguette cut emeralds weighing 0.40 carat each are set and complemented by four smaller round cut emeralds of 0.10 carat each, their rich green hues adding a beautiful splash of colour and contrasting 0.75cts of sparkling old cut diamonds, together creating a central cross design. The diamonds match in quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. An additional 0.04 carat of small rose cut diamonds complete the gem collection. Crafted in platinum with an 18 carat yellow gold back the stones are framed by intricate hand crafted metal work to create a stunning luck. This wonderful pendant measures 3.5cm by 2.2cm with a 0.05cm bail and comes on a platinum chain.
