A captivating old cut sapphire sits centre stage in this hand crafted ring from the 1910s. The 0.90 carat sapphire has been rub over set in contrasting 18 carat yellow gold which the stone stands out against beautifully. The surrounding daisy style halo features ten old cut diamonds totalling 0.70 carat. All the diamonds match in quality, being graded F in colour and VS in clarity. This halo has been claw set into platinum. The ring is then finished with a gently tapered band made from 18 carat yellow gold.
