Dating back to the Edwardian period, this stunning solitaire ring features an old cushion cut sapphire at its centre, a rarity in such a ring. The 0.70 carat sapphire features a wonderful intense deep blue colour and is entirely natural and unheated. It is set into a platinum collet with the same metal flowing down each shoulder. A simple band of 18 carat yellow gold completes the ring, contrasting beautifully with the Sapphire.Â
