A stately Cartier gypsy sapphire and diamond ring dating to c.1980s. In the centre sits a gorgeous 1.50 carat cabochon sapphire paired with a round brilliant cut diamond to either side. The diamonds have a total carat weight of 0.30 and have been graded as F/VS in quality. All stones are rub over mounted with an open back setting. The ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold and has a graduated tapper towards the back of the ring. Engravings can be seen inside the ring, including Cartier’s serial number.
