Art Deco Transitional Cut Two Stone Diamond Twist Ring, c.1920s
Out of stock
This simply stunning ring boasts two transitional cut diamonds, each weighing approximately 1.80 carats. The stones have very flat tables, allow their life to truly shine through. They are incredible diamonds, with an certified grading of G/H colour and SI in clarity. They would have been beautifully hand cut into the desire shape, and are expertly set within the six claw settings.
The beauty of this ring is in the craftsmanship of the setting and metal work. The fabulous detailing on the collets which hold the diamonds would have been hand carved, and each individually made before soldering together. The band is also wonderfully crafted. On each shoulder there are grain set old cut diamonds, which work hand in hand with the centre transitional cuts. They have a total weight of 0.08 carats. They are grain set and finished with mille-grain edging, adding an elegance to the entire piece.
By no means your classic engagement ring, but total unique and special. No words can describe it’s true beauty, so book an appointment to view this outstanding quickly.
