All handmade and dating back to the 1920s, these cufflinks feature deep blue sapphires and with a halo of diamonds. The natural sapphires each weigh 0.10 carat, 0.40 carat in total and the combined weight of the sparkling old cut diamonds comes to 2.80 carat and the rose cut diamonds 0.32 carat. The setting work is all made in platinum whilst the inside is 18 carat yellow gold.
