Art Deco Jade Drop Earrings, c.1920s

These fabulous art deco earrings feature beautifully carved jade. The jade is a lovely soft green and has high lustre. The bottom portion of the jade is intricately hand carved. The setting is made of 18 carat rose gold, which contrasts nicely to the green of the jade. A delicate chain suspends the carved jade and is anchored with a floral motif. The jade was certified by the Gem & Pearl Laboratory as a natural jade with no signs of treatment. These earrings are a great example of 1920s art deco jade.
