Art Deco 1.60ct Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1920s

This captivating Art Deco  cluster ring exudes the style of the age. At its heart, a vibrant 1.60 carat sapphire sits. The oval cut sapphire is completely natural unheated and is claw set within platinum showcasing its exceptional beauty. Surrounding the sapphire, a glittering arrangement of diamonds contrast the central stone.. Above and below, five old cut diamonds are set. The central of these diamonds are the largest at 0.25 carat, flanked by two 0.20 carat stones with two 0.15 carat diamonds on either end, totalling 1.90 carats across both rows. Completing the design, 0.24 carats of baguette cut diamonds are set on either side of the sapphire, bringing the total diamond weight to 2.14 carat. Expertly hand crafted in platinum this 1920s piece is a true beauty.
