This vintage eagle brooch takes on the likeness of a majestic eagle in flight. The piece is silver fronted and adorned with an assortment of grain set diamonds. Both round brilliant cut and eight cut stones are used totalling 1.60 carats. The diamonds range from H to I in colour and match in clarity at SI clarity. The brooch is backed in 18 carat yellow gold, akin to designs of the Victorian period. A secure pin back ensures the piece sits firmly in place on the wearer.
