We welcome layaway payments. A 20% deposit (including shipping) is required. We also require completion within 6 months. If goods purchased on layaway are later returned, or , in the meantime, the customer changes their mind, a 20% restocking administration fee is applied.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges). You must notify us by email or telephone within 7 days once you receive the item on (UK) 020 7242 2040. Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage and with your sales receipt. Returns or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of item(s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the refund, by email. If the item has been misrepresented you will get a full refund including shipping
